Anthony was polite, friendly and determined to get me into my car. He got my difficult car open to retrieve the keys out of my trunk in not only the dark, but rain too. I will definitely use Charlotte County Safe & Lock for all future auto and home lock needs.

Kent did a fabulous job, arriving at the end of his work day, to help us with our door lock dilemma. We live in Venice. The old lock couldn't be removed by us, due to a very stripped screw and the angle it was at. Kent was able to remove it with several tools, including delicate sawing. Finally it was removed and then he installed our new door knob/lock and the dead lock as well. He was pleasant and competent, and the charge was very fair! We'd highly recommend Safe & Lock.

I called and was able to get same day service. The owner himself, Mike, came to my 🏠 and rekeyed 4 deadbolts and 2 regular doorknob locks in a half an hour. I have a smart home so one of the locks was a smart lock and he had no issue with it and didn't surcharge me for it either 😊 locks work great and came with 2 free keys! He was very nice and even wore a mask when requested. I highly recommend this company.

I couldn't find the place due to all the construction, but thats not their fault and I don't think a business should suffer due to this, so I'm giving them 5 stars in hopes it boosts visibility and brings attention to them.
